Bou's Chicken
A great beginning! I tasted it after it had simmered for a little while "as is"...while I love tangy/sour I found that it needed a little more sweet. I added a little brown sugar and some honey. Another addition to the sauce was garlic, onion powder, pepper and some condensed chicken stock. No measures just added to taste. I opted to transfer everything to a baking casserole and added sliced red onions and red bell peppers. I will be making this again for sure, and each time I will likely make a few changes for the flavor that suits me that day. The possibilities are endless. Thank you for posting this, even my picky eater 4 year old liked it!

Chocolate Banana Bread
5 stars for sure!!! What a great recipe. Very moist and just the right amount of Chocolate. I put all of the batter in a bundt pan and next time I will either split it between two or make an extra loaf. It was a little much for one bundt pan. I will be making this again very soon.

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole
I loved this recipe! Only made a couple additions....garlic with the onions, some dry mustard, added carrots with the veggies, and used Panko on the top (tossed with melted butter first so that it doesn't burn). I also had some left over rice from the night before which was a boxed 'roasted chicken' flavor so I only added 1 cup of white rice to the mix. I think this is going to be a holiday favorite, time to replace those old boring veggies at Thanksgiving!!
