My husband and I semi-retired last year, sold our place and horses, bought a 5th wheel and travel now full-time. We're Workampers and my husband cleans RV carpets to off-set our expenses. I love life and love to laugh. I'm on a Southwestern kick now. We spent most of the Winter in there and loved the San Antonio and San Deigo Mexican styles. Being a Southern girl, my roots are good down home cooking that will clog your arteries in no time. These days I try to find a healthier way of cooking Southern. Sometimes though, you just can't substitute. My triumphs, of course, are anything Southern. However, I'm married to a guy from the West Coast, so I've learned cooking his style as well. Anything Asian, I just can't get it right.
