About this Cook
I am actually known to get sick in the kitchen trying to cook. I have a hard time standing in heat for a long amount of time, so quick and easy dishes are what I go for.
My favorite things to cook
Quick and easy dishes. Manwich, hamburger helper, mac and cheese, ramen noodles, chile, soup.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Thanksgiving and Christmas I join in the fun by helping to make good old grandma recipes. Sweet potato casserole, squash casserole, potato salad, and homemade tea. No, I do not help with the Turkey.

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme
Just make sure not to eat very much at once. It sits like a rock in your stomach but, it is so good.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
My friends and Family loved this fudge. They hated me for making it but, they loved the fudge. It was very easy to make. I left out the chopped nuts and I accidentally put in 1 more cup semisweet chocolate than was recommended. My mother told me to make the same mistake again the next time I make it.
