Guacamole
This is my first time making guacamole and it looks exactly like how the Mexican restaurants near me make it. I omitted the cayenne pepper and added some diced jalapeno for the authentic kick.

Red Velvet Cake I
This recipe was the first and only one I picked out to try from Allrecipes. The cake turned out really moist. I substituted the frosting for cream cheese frosting from another recipe in Allrecipes. The cake turned out to be very moist. We put leftovers in the fridge and it was still moist the next day! Definitely a keeper. I did make alterations recommended by other reviewers. Substituted shortening for 1 cup of oil and put in 4 tbs of cocoa powder and only put in 2 tbs of red food coloring (the cake still turned up really red).

French Baguettes
This is the first baguette recipe I've found that I really like. Doesn't really seem to require the bread machine, I've made it without, along with omitting the egg yolk for brushing. I believe the sugar is a key to the taste. Each baguette turned out to be around a foot long. Dough doesn't freeze well so you have to bake it on the same day.
