I am married with 3 teenagers who can be very moody :) But they sure smile when they see I'm cooking something! My husband and I love boating, fishing gardening and riding our harley.

Pepperoncini Beef
This was sooooo good! I added1/2 c.water and 2 tea.beef bouillen, and a few dasheds worchestire, also added two sliced onions, and used the the garlic dill flavored pepperocinics, i also used about 8 cloves garlic and used a 4 lb. sirloin tip roast because we have to watch our fat intake. cooked on high 6 hours, and low 4 hours, it was perfect! Make it the day b-4 or over nite for the football game the next day, and re-heat in crock pot on low, it tastes even better!! Thank you for the wonderful recipe!!!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
This was wonderful!! My teenagers loved it, as did my hubby and I. I will make this again and again!

Pork Enchiladas
These were tastey! I would add some rice into the mixture next time just to make them more hearty. Otherwise, great flavor!
