Cheesecake Topped Brownies
Made this for hubby who loves both brownies and cheesecake. He said, "they're better than at a restaurant". So needless to say, I'm very pleased.

Pollo Fajitas
I'm not very picky but I was hoping for a Mexican taste for my fajitas. It was tasty but it had an Oriental taste. I know...duh it has soy sauce!! But I read some reviews and determined that it would not taste Oriental. I wanted to make something special for my hubby on our anniversary because he loves chicken fajitas and so tried this. I should've known to stick with my original recipe...the one he loves.
