Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping
I did not think this was as spectacular as everyone else did. First of all, 1 lb. of ravioli made 2-3 servings for us, not 6 as it said. Secondly, 3 TBSP olive oil was a little much I felt and in the end, the whole meal felt heavy and too rich. However, it was still a little bland as if it needed more spices. I will not make this again. I gave it three stars because it was creative, I felt.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
Five stars all the way, with the ONLY modification being subbing the celery for baby bella mushrooms. EXCELLENT!!!!

Love the Mama Lemon Bars
Very delicious and the crust was JUST PERFECT. The only thing was that the lemony part was very gooey and I could never get it to not look "sweaty" and when sprinkled with powdered sugar, the tops turned clear and not white like in the picture because they were so gooey. But they were just absolutely delicious.
