I'm mostly vegetarian but have been known to sneak a bit of seafood into my diet. I'm a lawyer in Washington, DC and I'm getting married in March 2010. Vegetables!!! I also like making sauces. Using the leftover spaghetti for scrambled eggs with noodles the next day, clothespin cookies with apricot filling from my side of the family, Easter bread from my fiance's. Most recently my homemade chipotle honey barbeque sauce. If you can overcook or burn it, I've done it. I'm slowly learning to set the heat about two notches lower than my first instinct.
