My Best Clam Chowder
I made this chowder twice before, and it is the best. I use diced green pepper instead of celery. I also substitute half of the half-n-half with 2% milk and it is still super rich and creamy. I have not used the red wine vinegar yet - I forget. Time to make it again!

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup
I added two equal halves of green and red peppers, extra brocolli, and used whole baked chicken and it was great. I put the cooked chicken in the pot with water for 15 minutes, removed to let cool for 1/2 hour. Added ingredients to remaining broth and simmered for an hour. Ummm Soupeee... Cool broth in fridge to skim fat.

Easy Beer and Ketchup Meatballs
I used Sam Adams beer for these meatballs. I baked them, then cooked the recipe in a crockpot for three hours. Great aroma, and super taste. I used them for meatball heros. Dyn-O-mite.
