Most of the ingredients are household staples which makes the recipe very appealing. Vinegar can be overpowering unless you balance it out with a sweet and a citrus. My suggestion is to use orange zest (and a few tablespoons of orange juice), ginger and crushed pineapple... You will taste a major difference in both balance and texture. Otherwise this is a great recipe for a quick fix!

My family went crazy over this! I made the crust from scratch which is what I would suggest... the recipe is far too good for a store bought crust!
