Ham Tetrazzini
I did not have spagetti, fresh parsley or pimentoes so I used bowtie pasta, dried parsley flakes and peas as substitutions... In place of water, I used milk for a more creamy texture... This was suprisingly delicious; my family ate every last bite. Great way to use leftover Easter ham!

Barbie's Tuna Salad
I work from home and was looking for something quick but good; I only had 5 minutes to eat! This recipe is delicious and so easy to make! I didn't have dried onion so I used finely slivered onions and a little onion powder, I also used the olive oil variety mayo which is better for you. The recipe took me two minutes to prepare and about one minute to devour! Thanks for this awesome treat!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
Most of the ingredients are household staples which makes the recipe very appealing. Vinegar can be overpowering unless you balance it out with a sweet and a citrus. My suggestion is to use orange zest (and a few tablespoons of orange juice), ginger and crushed pineapple... You will taste a major difference in both balance and texture. Otherwise this is a great recipe for a quick fix!
