Spicy Tomato Soup
I just made this...it's quite tasty and easy to make! The only modifications I made were adding a half tsp of coriander powder, and I cut the amount of chili powder I used (from an Indian grocery) to 1 tsp. It was still quite spicy. I'd probably cut it down even further if I make it for people who don't like spice. Thanks for the recipe!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
This is a great basic chocolate chip recipe you can't go wrong with. They stay soft the next day, too! Follow the instructions exactly, especially the part about pulling them out of the oven before they are golden brown. If you let them finish on the baking sheet they will stay soft. Thanks!!

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
This is awesome chili! I didn't add jalapeno peppers since I didn't have any, and I thought it still had a good kick to it. I also didn't add vegetarian burger crumbles, but threw in a can of pinto beans instead. This will be great to make and freeze in containers for lunches during the week.
