Turkey Broccoli Hollandaise
This is a terrific dish with either chicken or turkey (I've used both!). Even my picky eater sons ate a helping! We'll be making it regularly around here!

Chinese Chicken Casserole Surprise
Yum, this was very good - I followed advice and tweaked it a little bit. I sauteed the chicken in garlic and soy sauce. Then I mixed together a can of cream of chicken soup and a can of cream of asparagus soup (all I had in the cabinet). I kept everything else the same and put the crunchy noodles on top. I guess the asparagus soup added the zip it needed cause I got rave reviews on this one - I'll make it again.

Easy Minute Steaks
Love this recipe - very easy and very good. I usually make 6-8 steaks due to family size so I use 2 cans of soup and an extra can of water. I also sprinkle a package of onion soup mix on top. My husband actually went to the store and bought the steaks and brought them home for me to cook this way - that's how much he liked them.
