Basic Crepes
i add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 2 tbs white sugar for my husband and kids (i could go without) but they love it. even with just some cool whip. oh i also sub half the all purpose flour for whole wheat. love this crepe recipe because i don't need to seperate eggs and i ALWAYS have these ingredients on hand. We use this weekly. Thanks!!

Bran Flakes Muffins with Raisins
did this recipe twice. the first time i followed it almost to a T (changes: halfed the salt & added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon). had a friend take them to local heroes he decribed them as dry :( second time i used veg oil instead of shortening and allowed them to rest overnight. oops, also aded 1/4 c chocolate chips and 1/4 c of rehydrated craisins. still quite dry. maybe more milk?
