Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese

I have to say that I hate asparagus...but asparagus is so good for you that I wanted to give it another try. This recipe made asparagus very tolerable to me! thanks!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Wow! I loved it! I used 1/2 water and 1/2 low-sodium chicken broth, and i also used mexican stewed tomatoes instead of diced tomatoes. I also cut back a little on chili powder because I don't like too spicy. I also omitted the salsa because I didn't have any. This was fantastic! I will definitely make this again!

Savory Chicken Breasts

delicious! i added a generous amount of garlic powder and fresh cracked pepper to the chicken before adding the cheese. i also substituted swiss for mozzarella since i don't care for swiss. i also added more mozz and parmesan 5 minutes before the end bake time, as someone else had mentioned.

Lemon Cranberry Muffins

I loved it! I added juice from both a lemon and an orange, plus zest from each and it boosted the flavor. These were light and fluffy. Just what I've been looking for! Thanks!
