Sauerkraut Hot Dish
This hot dish is delicious. I followed the recipe, with the only change being that I used left over pork steak that had been in the freezer for awhile. So, I sauteed the onion and celery before adding the meat. I will be making this again.

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes

Special Buttercream Frosting
easy to make and delicious. The only change I made was using half and half instead of heavy cream because I had none on hand. It still turned out perfect though:-)
