Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I replaced the regular flour with "white whole wheat" flour (100% whole wheat). I wanted to replace half the butter with applesauce but had none, so I put a peeled, sliced apple in the blender with some apple juice and tossed the bananas in as well. I was in a hurry so I made muffins, which baked in about half the time. Really good recipe.
