Pesto Pasta with Chicken
Easy to make...my hubby loves it even though he is very picky. I've made ths a few times now and I've only found this recipe a couple weeks ago. I made homemade pesto for this but it's all so easy and good. I'm a huge pasta lover.

Egg Foo Yung with Mushroom Sauce
I didn't make the sauce but the egg foo yung was really good. I was trying to re-creat my dad's but couldn't. (Never thought to call and ask) but this is just as good. I will be using this again and probably make it for my dad! LOL

Best Egg Rolls
This is one of the best egg rolls I've ever had. I've had plenty in my time but these have to top my list. I'm making them tonight for the second time in two weeks ?
