Day Before Mashed Potatoes
My guests LOVED this! It was so easy since it was made the day before. I ended up keeping it in my oven for almost an hour, but I think it's because my oven isn't so good.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
Awesome frosting! I would put 1/4 tsp of almond extract next time as it was a little too strong for me. Great recipe!
