Easy Mexican Casserole

This is such a yummy casserole. All of my kids loved it and I cannot wait for my husband to come home and try it. I know that he will devour it!!

Raspberry Lemonade Pie

Mine did not look like the picture. I did not like the jello texture and how the cream cheese and cool whip looked and tasted when they were put with the jello mixture.

Coconut Apple Avocado Salad

I also found that the honey was to much. The next time I make it I will add lemon or lime juice to dressing to make it a bit tangier.
