I'm a fun loving, carefree person that enjoys learning new things. I began cooking when I was 8 years old, when my father started buying me the All American Recipe Cards. I now own more cookbooks than I know what to do with and am a die hard fan of allrecipes.com. My best cooking memory is of the first time I cooked. I made a Quick Cherry dessert, and when I took it out of the oven, I could only look up at my dad and ask "Did I make this?" Oh, there are so many mistakes I have made. I have burnt things, overcooked, undercooked, forgotten ingredients, used baking powder instead of baking soda.... but, learning is the key to it all.
