Manicotti Italian Casserole
Very, very good! Will make again & again. Excellent for large gatherings or work pot luck functions. Of course, I added more cheese & extra sauce & mixed some of the pepperoni & cheese throughout & then added the rest on top before baking. Hummmm!!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
This was really a nice change & I loved the taste the red wine gave it. Will make again some time.

Slow Cooker Collard Greens
Kimmy, is the one with the right idea for these greens. WOW! These are the best greens I've made! Replacing the ham with smoked neck bones, 2 different seasonings, & adding as you go is the way. I used crushed red pepper instead of j-peppers..delicious. Making it again tonight.
