Sesame Seared Tuna
Made this last night, was very good, didn't have the fancy wines but used a dash of cooking wine, tasted good Best tip would be to melt 1 tsp of corn starch into the sauce and stir it in a hot skillet for a minute or two until it's thick. Thick sauce made for richer flavor! Ate it layered with sliced avocado and sauce drizzled on top! Yum! My kids even liked it! (cooked theirs a little longer)
