Raspberry Lemonade Pie
This pie is average. It does not set well- it is more like pudding and it is too sweet. Moreover, it does not taste gourmet at all- you can taste that it was made with pre-prepared ingredients. It is easy to make but I wouldn't make it again.

Thai Ground Chicken Basil
This is a great recipe- my husband says it's his favorite dish I make. I subsitute ground turkey for the ground chicken b/c it's all my grocery has been selling for a while, and I think it actually adds more flavor.
