Wow this was really simple to make and very good! I used italian sausage, cheddar cheese (will use mozzarella next time though) and omited the tomatoes. I just finished off last nights leftovers and I gotta say it was even better today than it was for dinner last night! I can not wait to make this again! Thanks for this yummy recipe!

Very, very good and very, very easy! I tried to follow someones suggestion by putting a layer of cookies on the bottom of the pan and then spreading out the fudge on top and it didn't work for me...the fudge was too thick and didn't spread easily so I ended up mixing it all together and then spreading in a 9x13 pan. Will definitely make again!

I forgot to add the cheese (I don't know how....I love cheese) and this was still good. My family seemed to enjoy it. I made mine in the little muffin tins.
