15-Minute Marinated Chicken

I took the advice of others and baked this wrapped in bacon. I added cheddar cheese on top and broiled for 2 min. at the end to crisp the bacon. HUGE hit with my husband and roomate

Summer Zucchini Casserole

This was ok but I would definitely need to up the ammount of stuffing mix and maybe use some additional veggies. All in all an ok recipe that I don't think I will make again.

I LOVED this one. I made the portion a lot larger with a 6 pound pork shoulder and cooked it in the crock pot on low for 10 hours. I took the advice of past reviewers and did half ketchup and half jack daniels bbq sauce. My husband and one of his friends raved about the flavor. I will definitly be making this one agagin

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

I am a very beginner cook and this was easy and very tasty. I was not expecting much out of this recipe because I am not a fan of pork chops but my husband asked if I could make some. I didn't have lemon so I used lime instead and then before grilling i sprinkled on a little lemon pepper. LOVED IT! I will definitely be making this again and again
