I just made this and it was wonderful! I replaced white flour with whole wheat. That is the only change I made. For those that complained about the mix being too dry...it is BREAD not cake! So don't excect it to have the consistency of cake batter. Also you should use very ripe apples not the green ones. That will make the moisture just right.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

I just cooked this tonight. Wow! It was hard to believe so much flavor with such little prepartion. I followed the recipe exactly as it should be done the first go around, then I will change anything to our taste if it is needed next time. Well let me tell ya, nothing had to be changed! This recipe is great as it is written. I would not change one thing. Anything that can make my husbands head turn to me and say, "This is really good, hon", is a keeper. Thank you, dfries for posting it for us!

Bread Pudding II

This is one of the best bread pudding recipes here on the site. I have tried several, but keep coming back to this one because of its simplicity. I have used differant breads and then tried something differant. I had made a batch of homemade cinnamon rolls and had so many left over that I thought of using them in this recipe. All I changed was lowering the sugar to 1/3 cup because of so much sugar already in the cinnamon rolls. I made sure to add the raisins of course and my goodness, what a wonderful sweet surprise! Blueberry Ricotta Squares

These were very good. My husband tasted them and smiled at me. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding a teaspoon of cinnamon in with the flour mixture. This is a keeper!

Chocolate Cobbler

Good recipe for when you need that chocolate fix. I used some coffee in place of the boiling water to bring out the chocolate flavor more. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. This is a keeper. Thank you Dylansmom!

Garlic Butter

Rosemary Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

Mexican Corn Bread

Very good and easy recipe. Comes out perfect everytime. I have always had a problem with recipes in that the bread would take forever to get done in the middle. This one was not like that. Hurrah!! Thank you Sandy Gaulitz !

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

This was very similar to a recipe I have called "Crazy Crust Apple Pie". This was so flavorful and very simple & fast to put together. A great recipe to keep when you need a quick dessert or an easy way to use up some of that excess fruit. Definately a keeper!

Chicken Unitarian

I followed the recipe exactly as I always do the first time I try any NEW recipe. I did marinate the chicken in the sauce for about an hour before I put it in the oven. The chicken just melted in your mouth and was very tasty. My husband wants this dish again and so do I!

World's Best Potato Salad

This is one of the best potato salad recipes I have found in a long time. The only thing that I did differant was add some red and yellow sweet peppers to it for crunch and color. My husband loved it and we almost ate the whole salad in one sitting. Thank you Kaye!

Baked Beans, Texas Ranger

I have been looking for a good baked bean recipe and now I have found one. This recipe is so easy to make and the taste is exactly what I have been looking for. These are awesome! I cooked them in a crockpot and cut up 4 smoked sausage with cheddar cheese brats.
