I just love this recipe!! It just doesn't get much easier than this. My kids werent too sure about "brown" rice since they are used to white- but they all loved it. My husband is not a rice lover at all and he asked for seconds. This is now a staple in our house. Thank you for the "cook it covered" tip- it came out perfect.

I followed recipe to a tee- and although they were tasty, they werent as tender as I would have liked. Too much oil I thought. I also used thin cut pork chop which probable made all the difference. I might try it again with thick cut chops and less oil. I also used half the amount of butter.

This salad was a hit at our Memorial Day Party. I followed a tip from a review- putting the broccoli and carrots in with the pasta the last 5 min. of cooking and that made them turn out just perfect. I have shared that tip with everyone at the party- they loved it. I omitted the artichoke hearts since Walmart seemed to be out of them. I will definately use this recipe again.
