Traditional Salisbury Steak

I changed the serving amount to fit my family of 5 and made the patties as the recipe states and the poured the sauce over the patties and baked them in the oven. Came out so tender and good! Kids and hubby enjoyed, made with mashed potatoes and fresh green beans...yummy! Will be making again.

Golden Pork Chops

I made this for my family and we liked it but, thought they were a little salty. Next time I will look for reduced sodium soup. Other wise tasty and tender. We will enjoy these again.

Cherry-Berry Pie

I thought this was going to be a great pie, but didn't turn out so good. The filling reminded me of grape jelly. Not sure why, followed the recipe exact. The pie set up nice and looked pretty with ths sugar on top of the crust. The flavor and texture were weird though.

Bright Blue Monday Cake

I thought the cake was a little dry. Any suggestions? I would like to make this again, I love fresh blueberries! The topping is good and crunchy.

Baked Spaghetti
