The sauce was very tasty, but I will try a different meat and try adding more veggies next time. The recipe as written made two servings in my case.

Pina Colada Sorbet

Yum! I love the flavor of pina coladas and this hits the spot. I made it the old fashioned way, without a machine just sticking it in the freezer and stirring every few hours. It came out very well, but had to be put in the refrigerator about 30 minutes before eating so it is soft enough to serve.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Simple and tasty. The sausage took a bit longer to cook than the recipe implies. Served with brown rice. I'll add a few more peppers/onions next time though.

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Simple and easy. I left out the butter and added cinnamon and nutmeg. I also tried it once adding an egg, which gave it a bit of a richer taste.

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

I've impressed many a friend since I discovered this recipe. Moist, not too sugary, and delicious. Tasted best after cooling in the refrigerator.
