So delicious! Didn't make it with the pimentos and used a LOT of fresh basil and it was absolutely wonderful. Added a little rosemary and dill to the bread crumbs for some more flavor. Will be making this one again and again!!

Cream Cheese Blueberry Pie

Since I found this recipe about 3 weeks ago, I have made it 5 times and it's been completely demolished by people whenever I make it (my husband and myself included!!) The only small change I made was to add 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and I used a store-bought shortbread crust. It is amazing. Fortunately, blueberries have been super cheap at my local supermarket so when it's not obsessively humid (like it is today), I whip one of these up and we either eat it ourselves or bring it and a bottle of wine over to friends houses. Possibly one of my favorite recipes ever!!!

Crisp Lemon Sugar Cookies

I, too, used all butter and cut the salt to 1/4 tsp, but these didn't come out crisp at all. Definitely more cake like. Very lemony though, which I loved, but wished these were gooier in the center. Maybe I'll make them again and make some adjustments based on other user's suggestions.

Double Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes

SO rich and cheesy! I used a cup of heavy cream and a cup of 1% milk, and added a couple of small pats of butter to the mix before I baked it and it came out perfectly. We devoured this with some steak tips and were stuffed!!!

Cape Breton Blueberry Grunt

The recipe made way too much topping and it didn't bake all the way through. The bottom part was delicious, as was the part of the topping that did bake through. Will make some adjustments next time.

Lemon Chewy Crisps

SO good! I omitted the almonds and added a tiny bit more sugar (less than 1/4 cup). My husband ate 6 when he came home and I am the one who loves lemon! Can't wait to make these again!!!
