Crisp Lemon Sugar Cookies
I, too, used all butter and cut the salt to 1/4 tsp, but these didn't come out crisp at all. Definitely more cake like. Very lemony though, which I loved, but wished these were gooier in the center. Maybe I'll make them again and make some adjustments based on other user's suggestions.
