This was the best garlic bread I've ever had! And I'm quite the garlic fanatic. I did change though, by letting the better soften instead of melt, omitting both the garlic salt and powder and adding double the parm cheese. So delicous. I also prefer Ace bakery bread (Loblaws) french stick and used it instead.

Caesar Vinaigrette

Absolutley loved this dressing. Its the perfect combination of tangy and sweet and adds flavor to even the plainest of salads. The only problem was that my boyfriend, who isn't that fond of vinagrettes to begin with, really didn't care for the sweetness to it He doesn't really care for balsamic at all however. For all those who like it sweet and spicy, this is the dressing for you.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

I like the balsamic and the roasted red potatoes, however there is something lacing in the flavor that makes then a little dull, no kick. Would make them again if I could figure out the missing ingredient!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Now this is a dish with a nice tangy flavor. Loved the combination of spices, the only problem was I had to continuiously add spices as the chicken cooked because it never looked like enoguh. In the end the taste was perfect, however I did about tripple the seasoning mix ingredients, NOT THE LIME.

Maria's Rice

ABSOLUTLEY fantastic! I am quite the rice fanatic and I am in love with this recipe, however i did as well substitue the condensed French onion soup for Lipton Onion soup mix and 1 cup of water. It was the first time I made it, so I'm not surprised that the rice turned out a little crunchy. Next time I will be sure to use the right amount of water. Made with Garlic Cheddar Chicken, but found the meal too heavy altogether. Best served ALONE! =)

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

The chicken in this dish turned out fantastic even though my friend and I neglected to look at the serving size and had way to much seasoning for 4 peaices of chicken. None the less, it turned out perfectt and exceptionally juicy. We paired it with Mara's Rice, from this web page, but we found that both dishes were quite heavy. Best served with something light, like a salad.
