Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce
I made this for a dinner party and got LOTS of compliments (i don't eat chicken so i didnt try it). I'm always a little leary of making dishes i don't try myself, but everyone raved about this one. Very easy recipe!

D's Famous Salsa
Pretty good recipe. The first time i made this, it was a little bland for my taste (i like spicy salsa) and a little runnier than i like. This time when ni made it, i used canned diced tomatoes with chilis and onions (drained them before adding to my food processor). i also used a lot more cilantro, more garlic (about 3 cloves instead of only 2), more chilis (about 1/3 cup instead of 1/4) and more lime juice. It was much more flavorful this time. still, this recips is a great starting place if you like salsa more on the mild side.

Cajun Seafood Pasta
Excellent recipe! I took many of the suggestions from others, added a little more cream, and sauteed the seafood with garlic and cajun seasoning, and added it at the last minute before serving. Also used mozz instead of swiss cheese. Will definitely make this again, only next time i think i'll add some peppers and broccoli.
