Slow Cooker Mediterranean Stew
10 hours=mushy dinner! I should have known better. The flavor is really interesting--the raisins and cinnamon lend a slightly sweet quality to the meal.

Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto
Delicious! I used walnuts instead of brazil nuts (too lazy to shell and couldn't find any shelled) and it was just wonderful.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
I loved this recipe, though I could have easily halved it to feed two of us for a week. I used unsweetened applesauce for all the oil and it was delicious, but uncommonly moist. I'm not sure if that's a product of this recipe or not. I'd try next time without so much sugar (maybe half?). Still delicious and easy!
