Best Beef Dip Ever
I made this tonight and it was really good! I used 2 cans beef broth and 3 cups water. My roast was only about 3 lbs. I took the roast out after about 8 hours of cooking and shredded it. Made sandwiches on toasted rolls with melted swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms and onions. I served the sauce on the side for dipping. Will make this again! Thanks!

After-Christmas Turkey Potpie
I made this last night and it was really good. I did add a can of cream of potato soup, like another review suggested. I think I might add a can of cream of chicken soup next time to make it even more creamy inside. I wasn't sure about using the golden mushroom soup, but it had really good flavor. I would make this again! Thanks!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ok, I have to agree with everyone else, this soup is so good! I too used all chicken broth (no water) and added a package of raw chicken thighs. My boyfriend wasn't sure about it this morning when I was making it, but he loved it!! Will make again soon!
