I'm attending college right now in Hawaii and planning on graduating with a degree in Political Science with an English Minor. I hope to work for OPB someday as an investigative journalist. But my dream is to someday own my own little restaurant called "Desert First" where I only serve the finest deserts of all kind!

Sweet Honey French Bread
I thought the loaf size was a little small, only after I let it rise for a considerable amount of time did it get bigger. I didn't think the honey taste came out in mine at all. I think if you added more honey, like 1/4 c. it would add to the sweet taste. I also think 2 and 1/2 tsp of yeast is not enough, just put in a whole tbs. Good texture when done though.
