Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry

I could not find curry paste at my local grocery store. I used regular curry which was not powerful enough. It left it needing a stronger flavor. It was pretty good otherwise.

Healthy Potato Salad

My teenage boys loved it. I think it was a bit salty. I think it may have been the brand of taco seasoning I used combined with the salt from the tortilla chips. I think I would use taco shells on the top next time. This recipe is a keeper! Very fast to put together.

Mexican Pasta

Kinda bland. I think it needed more taco seasoning or something. I love mexican food and I did not care for this recipe.

Spicy Turkey Burgers

These were really yummy! I agree that they are not super spicy which was fine with me since I am not a huge spice fan. I loved the taste with the cilantro. I froze some patties to grill in the future.
