Broiled Sweet Potatoes
Very easy to make and tastey! Used brown sugar instead of white sugar. Boiled the potatoes instead of microwaving them.

Swedish Meatballs I
The meatballs were not tasty enough. Seems like something is missing from this recipe, but I could not figure out what it was. Overall, still pretty good, but could be better.
