Baked Potato Casserole
This is the new go to potato casserole that your guests will love. It is so easy and a pretty presentation. I cut back on the cubed cheese by one cup and it still had more than enough. This is a great 'special' dish for your holiday buffet. My adult kids couldn't get enough of it and I had no leftovers for the next meal. Everyone that I have served it to has asked for the recipe!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This is not to be believed -- people can't get enough of it, especially the guys. I added the entire 4 oz can of chopped jalapeno peppers and it gave it the perfect 'bite'. You won't have to worry about any leftovers with this dip!

Sugar Coated Pecans
Fantastic and so easy. Followed some recommendations from others and used 2 egg whites, 2 tsp water, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp cinnamon. Mixed everything in the same bowl. First whipped up wet ingredients, added pecans and mixed and then added the dry ingredients that I had mixed together. Poured all on no stick tin foil on a cookie sheet, set oven at 300 and in less than an hour they were done. Had to hide them so we wouldn't eat them all before Thanksgiving. Will make a double batch for Christmas.
