Shoepeg Corn Casserole
WOW!! This recipie is awsome. I didn't change anything and have made this twice this week because it was so good. It is a great comfort food. I will make this again and again. I have already told 5 people about this recipie.

Sour Cream Chicken and Potatoes
This was definatly something different. I will make it again but I will cut the parmesian by about half. Other than that it was great.

Chicken Salad II
I love chicken salads and this one is a top fav! I like to add in red grapes, they add a little something. I also omit about 1/2 of what is called for on the pineapple.
