Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas
These were great with salsa- even my meat-loving man said it was tasty. The only change I made was splitting the filling between two quesadillas, rather than three. This made the quesadillas thicker and more filling.

Stuffed Peppers My Way
Absolutely wonderful! I've made this dish at least 5 times already and it has never failed to impress. Following this recipe to a "T" produces outstanding results although I only leave the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes. :)

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
