Green Chili Casserole
Tastey! I basically followed the recipe except for the soup part, I didn't want it that creamy... I subbed salsa instead, I thought it turned out really yummy and my hubby loved it! I topped with real cheese as well (cheddar). Very good dinner!

Chili Rellenos Casserole
Delicious! I made it for Easter, everyone loved it and ate it all up! I made 2 changes: omitted the evaporated milk and only used regular milk; and I used 2 whole eggs plus 2 egg whites. It came out fantastic, I will definitely make again.

Deb's Scallops Florentine
Very good flavor, tasty and creamy. The only thing I thought was that it needs something more, I served it on top of vermicelli which turned it in to a more complete meal, it would probably be good on rice as well.
