About me....hmmm...I love to cook! I grew up cooking with my dad and we made a family recipe book that we refer back to over the years. Once in college and out on my own, I taught myself to cook by watching alot of Food Tv and found this wonderful site called allrecipes.com. I love food, I love cooking, I love to try new things. I also love to put my own spin on recipes and am often complimented (and recipes requested) on my dishes. :-) Feel free to ask me anything, I enjoy reading reviews and seeing the different spin others put on dishes. Dinners and dips and comfort food. Now that we're older, every one brings a dish to family dinners and parties. I love cooking with my dad and I love it when my brother and husbnad challenge me or tries to show me up. :-) haha! They do a good job at that. Being creative. I love to open the fridge, cabinet, and pantry and come up with something edible and fantastic! 1.) tried to mimic an Olive Garden dish...not good. 2.) blew up a glass baking pan and destoyed my homemade sauce--went everywhere. 3.)
