Halibut with Cream Sauce
I really didn't care for this recipe. I knew I was making a cream sauce, but still I felt it was too heavy and was a waste of some really awesome fish. If you don't really care for halibut and want to mask the flavor (I can't imagine why) then this is the recipe for you.
