This dish was awesome! Though I did it a little different. I preseasoned the chicken with seasonings of my own preference. I only used one jar of artichokes. Then I used pre-packaged bacon pieces (because I didn't have any bacon) yet I used bacon grease to pre-cook the chicken with & saute the veggies with. I then put parmesean & breadcrumbs on the top. It was delicious!
