Across the Border Tequila Shrimp
pretty good. The type of tequila that's used probably determines the taste. Do not waste your time or $ on the cilantro because you don't actually eat it. I thought it went into the dish and it was just a garnish, I don't need garnish at my house because the meal speaks for itself. The lime could have been eliminated as well. My boyfriend rated it at a 4, then i told him to have some lime with it, he did then he then rated it a 3. I did however make the cilantro lime rice to serve the shrimp on, from this website. I made the 2nd recipe that comes up in the search results--bad idea if you do not like cilantro.

Aaron's Missouri Burger
Amazing! I was very apprehensive about making these since i don't really favor honey mustard like that, but these were phenomenal. I read some reviews where people complained about the burgers falling apart, so what my boyfriend and I did was prepared them the night before and put them on a cookie sheet covered in plastic wrap. That pretty much took care of them. If you want to flatten the burgers with a spatula, you need to do it early in the cooking process, not when they are about to come out the pan, to avoid them falling apart on you. I do wish I owned a grill, because they would be great grilled as well. When we were mixing the meat with the ingredients, it did seem a little off putting with the mix of things being added, but it gave it a very nice and slight "twang". Let me tell you--delicious! Thank You Aaron!

Aloha Chicken
Thanks, but no thanks. I normally do well with the mix of fruit in non-traditional foods--how ever I found this to be offensive in taste. Even my kids didn't like it and they just about eat anything. It lacked flavor and if it was any, it was overpowered by the extreme sweetness of the pineapple and the teriyaki sauce. The measurements are not very forgiving either. If this still sounds like a dish you'd like to try--don't listen to me I'm just giving my account, I just suggest to double or triple the sauce if serving over noodles or rice.
