Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Wow! Was this good! I didn't have chipotle powder so I used chili powder. I also sprinkled in some cayenne pepper because we love spice. The hot and sweet was a perfect combination! I let my meat marinate over night and it had great flavor! Oh! I didn't have onion powder either but it didn't matter for us! This is definately one of the tastiest tenderloin recipes I've tried! Thanks!

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
This is the way we have done thick sliced bacon at work for years! I tell everyone to do their bacon like this for less shrinkage. We don't overlap or place anything over it and we serve hundreds of people during the day. It really helps if you use a good quality thick bacon like Wright's brand. For some reason it always seems to taste better done this way and we always sell more of it when it is prepared like this than any other way we've tried.

Sinless Mississippi Sin
Wow! This was a huge hit at a party I took this to! Everyone kept raving and all wanted the recipe. There was over 30 people there! I used regular sour cream. Didn't have the marinated artichokes but I did have artichoke bruschetta that had some capers in it and I added that. I added a little extra garlic. Omitted the onions. Along with the chili's I added a can of jalepenos for a bit more heat. Awe man all I can say is everyone was ooooing and aweing and saying it was the best!! I served it with baggette bread and skipped the bread bowl. Thanks for posting this recipe it's a new favorite for us!
