Peanut Butter Bars I

Good, but rich. The graham crumbs in the crust threw me off a little since I was expecting a creamier consistency (like a Reeces). Would make again though.

Good recipe, nothing outstanding. I was out of onion, but I did have french onion soup that I subbed for the broth (I left out the salt too since the soup was so salty).

Zucchini Herb Casserole

I followed other's suggestions and doubled up on the herbs and I thought it was a little too much. I think even if I had followed the instructions exactly it would still have been just an ok recipe for us.

Cream Corn Like No Other

Spanish Flan

I just threw all the custard ingredients into the blender and gave it a whirl. My husband says it is just like our favorite Mexican restaurant's flan. Just what I was looking for!

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

This is a great recipe! The salsa is a little bit of work, but well worth it. I substitued coriander seeds for cardamom because I didn't have any. I made the salsa the day before and marinated the pork for about 24 hours and it turned out tender and juicy.
