Super Sausage Gravy
I tend not to cook, but when I got the craving for biscuits and gravy, I decided to make it myself. Found this to be pretty good - I used turkey sausage instead of pork sausage but still tasty. I wanted to toss in some pepper flakes but found I didn't have any. I made the entire recipe, even though it is just me, and found that yes, people are right - there is a lot of sausage vs. gravy. I figured there would be, but wanted to use all the sausage. I like this recipe - it is easy, tasty and I will be using it again!
