Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This is a really nice recipe, and more of an adult flavor than other mac and cheese recipes I've tried. I ate this as a main course, and it's a little heavy for that. I will definitely make this again, but next time small portions as a side dish.

Asparagus and Cashews

Best Asparagus recipe I've tried. It really shines when you get a good mix of the asparagus and cashews in the same bite. Next time I make it, I'll cut the asparagus into 1 1/2 inch sections to make it easier to get those perfect bites. I'll also follow the advice from Barb's review and use half the oil. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

Colorful Grilled Veggies

I thought this was fantastic. I made with baby bella's and they really took on the flavor of the merinade. My wife wished I had added potatoes, which I'll try next time - I'm thinking a little time in the microwave for those so I don't overcook everything else.
